Support Groups are available for survivors of
strokes or other traumatic injuries, for individuals with chronic health
problems including arthritis, heart disease and cancer, and
diabetes.
Access to the latest information regarding health-related topics is at
the fingertips of our physicians, staff and the community through our
Medical Libraries and
Community Resource Center.
Educational Programs are available on a broad
range of topics from womens health to safety classes such as How to
avoid Summertime Emergencies.
Wellness Programs include Heart Healthy Nutrition classes, programs to
promote breast-feeding and an exercise program for mature people or those
who are recuperating from an illness.

Approximately two-thirds of the 700,000 people in the United States who
suffer a stroke each year will require rehabilitation. Stroke survivors
often have complex rehabilitation needs and recovery is ongoing and unique
for each person. Join our panel to learn about the newest technology available,
to find out whats involved in a stroke rehabilitation program and
