Within our skilled nursing facility we offer ventilator and tracheostomy care to patients who are dependent on ventilators for breathing. We provide continuous nursing and respiratory services to each patient in a sub-acute care setting, located within an extended care facility. Our goal is to create an environment which will minimize further disease progress, aid in preserving the stability of the resident, and return the individual to the highest level of function or independence possible.

The Sub-Acute Care Center, 200-bed facility, also provides transitional and long term care.
